The hard part of traffic enforcement is not capturing the offence but whether it holds up afterwards. Nineeon licence plate recognition and illegal parking detection track the same vehicle through traffic that obscures it, judging on accumulated duration rather than a single snapshot: a warning first, the offence established only once the permitted time is exceeded. Events that stand become a traceable chain of video evidence, and on retrieval the offending vehicle is retained while third parties in frame are de-identified.

The first requirement is knowing whether a vehicle belongs to a resident.

Most community access control is a white-list check: the plate matches, the barrier opens, and once the plate has passed the entry is over. Nineeon treats a single entry as an event that lasts. From the moment the barrier opens until it is fully closed, lane tailgating detection keeps running to catch an unregistered vehicle or person following through, and what is compared is not only the plate but behavioural cues such as following distance and timing of entry, so every entry leaves a record that can be looked up.

The blind spot in safety management was never that the rules are unknown; it is that no one is watching at the moment they meet the shop floor. Nineeon moves plant safety on from equipment management to behaviour governance: ordinary image recognition answers whether a person is in frame and whether a helmet is on, while Nineeon answers whether this behaviour, in this zone, at this time, is compliant. Edge AI and thermal imaging analysis carry out flame detection, temperature anomaly readings and personnel recognition in restricted areas, so unsafe behaviour is flagged as it happens rather than found in footage afterwards. For high-risk tasks, human-robot collaboration equipment takes over the most dangerous position.

Smart Manufacturing

Sensor signals from production equipment travel through the PLC to the host and on into the manufacturing execution system (MES), so production figures can be traced and analysed. Most integrations stop there: the data only travels upward and becomes a report. Nineeon sends it downward as well, writing results back to the line so detection and control form a closed loop, and on high-risk steps human-robot collaboration equipment takes a share of the work.
