Nineeon Co., Ltd, based in Taichung, Taiwan, starts from the real management problems faced by enterprises and public-sector sites. We bring together video, sensing equipment, existing information systems and operating procedures, turning scattered device signals and data into management information that can be judged, traced and verified.

We believe the value of digital transformation is not simply adding more equipment or more systems, but giving existing infrastructure the ability to understand events and support decisions. Starting from production flow and shop-floor logic, we integrate orders, materials, inventory, equipment, processes and performance data into a data-driven decision architecture. In intelligent scheduling, we build the logic for furnace batching, surplus-material substitution, material requirement calculation, WIP progression, delivery-date response and quality traceability — turning a process that once depended heavily on individual experience into scheduling that can be calculated, simulated and continuously corrected.

In high-risk industrial environments we combine Edge AI, video and thermal analysis, control signals and on-site equipment to develop human-machine collaboration and industrial safety applications. The system analyses flame, temperature, process state and work progress in real time, building a closed loop of sensing, judgement, control and data feedback while leaving final control with the operator.

We extend AI beyond image recognition into traffic behaviour and risk governance — from the "detect, correct, enforce" cycle of technology-assisted parking enforcement, to failure-to-yield, near-miss, obstructed-sightline and heavy-vehicle turning risk analysis on industrial roads. The aim throughout is to move management forward from tracing an incident after the fact to judging and preventing risk while the event is still unfolding.

Nineeon also continues to develop kerbside traffic event sensing and data governance. Using existing smart parking equipment and low-bit-rate imagery, we build event data on parking turnover, double parking, loading, overhang and kerb usage — so that city governance sees not only major intersections and serious incidents, but also the everyday micro-behaviour closest to residents.

What matters to Nineeon is not the output of a single AI model, but whether the data can form a complete narrative of an event.

Take enterprise access control and attendance management. Through SmartPass One, raw signals such as card swipes and clock-ins become events with management meaning, presented differently to each role, and linked where necessary to video and access records as supporting evidence — reducing manual reconciliation, after-the-fact investigation and disputes.

The same governance thinking extends to privacy protection for enforcement footage. For public records requests, the system keeps the original footage and the de-identified copy separate, preserving the original evidence intact while combining AI detection, mosaic processing, human review and audit logging to balance personal privacy against administrative need. Original footage must never be overwritten by the redaction process, and a complete processing and operation trail is retained.

We build on the belief that complex phenomena are made of simple elements. Facing any goal, we hold to two principles:
